TheLello bookshop is one of the oldest Portuguese bookshops and has been in business in Porto since 1881. It is classified as a national heritage site. Curiosity: the Lello staircase is also known to have inspired the Hogwarts stairs in the Harry Potter books because JK Rowling lived for some time in the city of Porto.
